1) Too Late, Jerome?
Wednesday’s Fed meeting was mostly uneventful. They downgraded their economic outlook marginally and raised inflation expectations slightly. There was an immediate response of “stagflation is coming”, which I still find silly. The Fed projects 1.4% economic growth and 3% inflation....
