Watches of Switzerland (WOSGF) is a family of retailers in the luxury watch and jewellery category. When I wrote my first article about WOSGF in August this year, fears regarding the tense tariff situation with 39% tariffs for goods from Switzerland pushed the company's market value down to a record low in years. Moreover, concerns regarding the Bucherer acquisition in 2023 by Rolex and the question of whether the reliance on Rolex would be a threat for the company led the stock to trade at a discount. In my view back then, these risks were overpriced, and the market missed the quality of WOSGF's brand partnerships and business model....
