The investment objective of the Fund is to track the performance before fees and expenses of the Underlying Asset, which is the MSCI North America High Dividend Yield Index (the ¿Reference Index¿). The Reference Index is based on the MSCI North America Index (its ¿Parent Index¿) and comprises certain companies from the USA and Canada that are included in the Parent Index and offer a higher than average dividend yield. The Fund will aim to replicate or track, before fees and expenses, the performance of the Reference Index by holding a portfolio of equity securities that comprises all, or a substantial number of, the securities comprised in the Reference Index (the ¿Underlying Securities¿).
