Airbus SE (OTC: EADSY) is reportedly in "advanced" talks with European multinational information technology firm Atos' over its cybersecurity division BDS.
Airbus and Atos' board of directors are holding "bilateral talks," according to a news report by Reuters, citing French newspaper Le Figaro.
In late March, Airbus said it had settled not to make an offer for a 29.9% stake in Atos' division Evidian, which was renamed Eviden, the report read. BDS is part of Eviden.
