(NASDAQ:GGE) ("GGE" or the "Company"), a real estate developer in China and operator of green energy business in the U.S. today announced that it has commenced a public offering of units, each consisting of one share of our common stock, $0.001 par value per share, one Class A common warrant to purchase one share of common stock and one Class B common warrant to purchase one share of common stock (the "Offering"). All of the shares of common stock and warrants and the shares of common stock underlying the warrants are being offered by the Company.
