(NASDAQ:INVO) ("INVO" or the "Company"), a healthcare services fertility company focused on expanding access to advanced treatment worldwide with its INVOcell® medical device and the intravaginal culture ("IVC") procedure it enables, reminds its shareholders to vote ahead of the upcoming special meeting of shareholders (the "Special Meeting") to be held on September 29, 2023 at 12:00 pm (Eastern time). The Board of Directors of INVO (the "Board") unanimously recommends that the Company's shareholders vote "FOR" all proposals. Only shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 21, 2023 will be entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Special Meeting.
