Chewy, Inc. (NYSE:CHWY) shares are trading lower Tuesday amid increased volatility after Keith Gill, also known as Roaring Kitty, disclosed a 6.6% stake in the company.

Traders began circulating a 13F filing Sunday night which shows Gill holds roughly 9 million shares of Chewy worth nearly $300 million at the current market price. Chewy shares rose in premarket trading Monday as investors digested the disclosure, but the stock gave back all of its early gains and ended Monday's session 6.61% lower at $25.44.
