The votes are in, and Tesla’s ( NASDAQ: TSLA ) CEO Elon Musk took a step closer to getting the largest corporate pay package in history. And now Wall Street knows how shareholders voted. According to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission , 77% of all Tesla ( TSLA ) shareholders voted in favor of the pay package. This translates into 1.76B voting in favor, 528.9M voted against, and 20.6M abstaining. The decision will now again rest with the Delaware Court of Chancery. ...
