Aditxt (NASDAQ:ADTX) announces the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 2,833,333 shares of its common stock at $1.50 per share, for gross proceeds of $4.25M. Aditxt plans to use a portion of the net proceeds of ~$3.91M to fund obligations under its previously announced Transaction Agreement with AiPharma Global Holdings.
