BNFT - ADP seeks to bar Benefitfocus from hiring incoming CEO

ADP ([[ADP]] -1.0%) is seeking to prevent Benefitfocus ([[BNFT]] -0.9%) from hiring Matthew Levin as president and CEO, saying his employment by BNFT violates agreements Levin entered while he served as ADP's chief strategy officer.ADP filed a complaint against Levin on May 3, followed on May 5 by an application for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction in U.S. District Court.Benefitfocus said it believes that ADP's complaints are "without merit" and that Levin plans to defend himself against the actions and begin his employment with the company on May 10.
