Air Lease ( NYSE: AL ) prices its public offering of $700M aggregate principal amount of 5.30% senior unsecured medium-term notes due February 1, 2028.
The sale of the notes is expected to close on January 13, 2023.
The notes will mature on February 1, 2028 and will bear interest at a rate of 5.30% per annum, payable semi-annually in arrears on February 1 and August 1 of each year, commencing on August 1, 2023.
The company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes.
