ATSG - Air Transport Services launches $150M in follow-on senior notes offering

Air Transport Services' ([[ATSG]] -3.8%) wholly owned, indirect subsidiary, Cargo Aircraft Management ((CAM)) commenced an add-on offering of $150M in principal amount of its 4.750% senior notes due 2028 in an unregistered offering.Net proceeds will be used for funding the repayment of certain revolving loans outstanding under ATSG and CAM's secured bank credit facility.New notes will be issued as additional notes to the earlier offering of $500M principal amount of its 4.750% senior notes due 2028.
