• Alibaba’s 10% YoY revenue growth amid all the crises is a forte, not a weakness, and its low share price has turned BABA into a value stock.
• BABA is an excellent business, period. However, the company is no longer valued based on fundamentals, whereas politics and fear drive the gloomy China tech outlook and the stock price.
• Understanding CCP's ideologies and how the Party implements its policies will assist global investors in being more comfortable with owning Chinese equities.
• As long as Mr. Son and Mr. Ma are compliant with the new regulatory framework and please the CCP supporting the common prosperity goals, the scrutiny will gradually subside, pushing the stock higher.
• I am still very bullish on the stock with a ten-year investment horizon because of its strong foundations, future-oriented investments, significant market share, and enduring management.
