- Asset manager Apollo Global Management Monday said funds managed by its affiliates completed acquisition of the Accent Family of Companies, a baling wires and wire-tier machines manufacturer based in Tomball, Texas.
- We believe Accent is a critical supplier to the recycling industry poised for continued growth and impact, and we see several opportunities to help grow and develop the Accent - Joanna Reiss, Partner and Co-Head of Impact at Apollo.
- Accent's founder, the Sims family, and investor Crossplane Capital will retain a minority stake in Accent Family of Companies.
- Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
