APCX - AppTech Payments prices $5M direct offering and concurrent private placement

• AppTech Payments ( NASDAQ: APCX ) has entered into a securities purchase agreement with a single institutional investor to purchase ~$5M stock and warrants to purchase stock in a concurrent private placement.
• The combined effective purchase price for each share and associated warrant will be $3.00.
• Under the terms of the securities purchase agreement, the company has agreed to issue 1.67M shares.
• The offering is expected to close on or about February 1, 2023.
