LIFE - aTyr Pharma shares up 16% after pricing capital raise

Shares of aTyr Pharma (NASDAQ:LIFE) are up 16% in morning trading after earlier this morning pricing a nearly 9.4M share underwritten public offering expected to net $75M. The company's lead candidate, ATYR1923, is in phase 2 for pulmonary sarcoidosis and COVID-19 related severe respiratory complications. aTyr also has several preclinical candidates. Earlier this week, aTyr reported that ATYR1923 met its primary endpoint in a small Phase 1b/2a clinical trial for pulmonary sarcoidosis.
