VIVXF - Avivagen Inc. (VIVXF) - A New Vietnamese Distributor

Avivagen's management recently announced the Company has signed a new distribution agreement with Nong San Viet Co. to support the continued expansion of Avivagen's OxC-beta feed additive. No details were given on the length of the agreement. We believe that this new distribution, along with the recent China approval and the exclusive distribution agreement with AB Vista, will bring the Company closer to large revenue growth.Vietnamese Market. Vietnam is home to the largest feed market in Southeast Asia, with total annual feed consumption of over 32 million metric tons in 2020, according to the US Grains Council. The Grain Council reports that Vietnam is a strong growth market for the industry, and is expected to surpass 35 million metric tons within the next few years, with production being dominated by swine, accounting for approximately 38% of total feed, followed by poultry at 21.6%.
