Rena Sherbill: Scott Kaufman, it's great to have you back on Investing Experts. It's always great to talk to you about dividend investing. For those that don't know Scott Kaufman, the name, you might be more familiar with Treading Softly, which is your pseudonym over at High Dividend Opportunities, one of our most beloved investing groups on Seeking Alpha, one of our most popular.

Would you care to share with listeners who may not know High Dividend Opportunities or who want or are wanting to know more about dividends in general. Can you share a little bit about what you're discussing over there, what the service is, and what your goal is for investors over there?

Scott Kaufman: Yeah, I would love to. We really seek to answer one of the biggest questions that most people have when they enter into retirement, and that's how are you going to afford it, right?

So many people, they save for retirement, and it seems like this nebulous idea of needing to stack up a bunch of cash and then live off of that, but how are you going to do it? And are you supposed to wind down your assets, or will those assets work for you somehow?

And so we really aim to help new retirees, novice investors or even experienced investors move from being in a place of a question mark to having a plan and a goal that will help them use the market to generate the income they need to overwhelm their expenses and give them an access to be able to reinvest and continue to see their income grow in the future....
