VRNT - Baupost continues cutting position in eBay Intel adds Theravance Biopharma and Verint Systems

Seth Klarman's Baupost fund initiates position in Dropbox (NASDAQ:DBX) with 9.28M shares and Outbrain (NASDAQ:OB) with 0.8M shares, according to its latest 13F filing. Boost stakes in Theravance Biopharma (NASDAQ:TBPH) and Verint Systems (NASDAQ:VRNT). Baupost made a private placement in Joby Aviation (NYSE:JOBY) through SPAC Reinvent Technology Partners deal. Joby Aviation began trading after SPAC deal on 11-Aug. Fund holds 1M share at notional value of $9.61 at the end of Q3 quarter. The fund continues cutting its position in eBay (NASDAQ:EBAY) to 5.98M shares from 14.8M at the end of 2Q21 and Intel's (NASDAQ:INTC) position to 19.7M shares from 21.74M shares. Fund had cut position in eBay and Intel in Q2.
