Benefitfocus (NASDAQ:BNFT) has acquired Tango Health, a software and services company that offers Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance and benefit decision support solutions. The acquisition expands Benefitfocus's offering to include an ACA compliance and reporting solution. The transaction is expected to close in Q4. Financial terms remain undisclosed. Tango Health was founded in 2008 and serves major brands, academic institutions, large hospital systems, and companies such as, SCL Health, Teva Pharmaceuticals, the University of North Texas, and the University of Rochester.
