SIVB - Berkshire Hathaway and JP Morgan uplift financial ETFs
Today has been an excellent day for financial based exchange traded funds, thanks to both Berkshire Hathaway (BRK.B) and JP Morgan (JPM). Berkshire Hathaway finished up today 3.54% and up 12.04% over the past six months. JP Morgan on the other hand has also been a top performer up 2.26% today and 48.52% over the past 6 months. Four exchange traded funds that have benefited from the strong moves today by these two companies were the Financial Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLF), Vanguard Financials ETF (VFH), iShares U.S. Financials ETF (IYF) and Fidelity MSCI Financials Index ETF (FNCL). Each of these exchange traded funds hold Berkshire Hathaway and JP Morgan in their top two holdings.
