XAIR - Beyond Air ticks higher after insider purchases

• Medical device maker Beyond Air ( NASDAQ: XAIR ) added ~4% in the pre-market trading following a series of insider purchases from its top management, including the chief executive officer and chief operating officer.

• According to regulatory filings submitted on Thursday after the close, CEO, and chairman of the board Steve Lisi has bought 50K company shares on Tuesday in two transactions worth ~$298.4K increasing his stake at Beyond Air ( XAIR ) by 4% to ~1.4M shares.
• On the same day, COO Michael Gaul has purchased 8K company shares , and a day later, director of the board Robert Carey has added 10K shares raising their ownerships by ~12% and ~1%, respectively.
