Brenmiller Energy ( NASDAQ: BNRG ) has started the process to voluntarily delist its ordinary shares from the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
The shares will be delisted at par value NIS 0.02 per share and the last day of trading will be June 22.
Brenmiller will be delisted on June 26, until which time shareholders will be able to continue to buy and sell shares. The company will continue to trade on Nasdaq.
