CEI - Camber Energy acquires privately-held assets for $69M

• Camber Energy ( NYSE: CEI ) on Tuesday said it acquired all the assets of certain privately-held oil companies for $69 million.
• The purchase, among other things, includes 169 proved producing oil wells, 174 proved non-producing wells and 12 proved undeveloped well locations.
• The seller's internal estimates of the remaining oil reserves of the wells are about $185 million as at January 1, 2023.
