CEI - Camber Energy gets NYSE American listing standards notification

Camber Energy (CEI) -10.2% pre-market after receiving notice from the NYSE American that it was not in compliance with the exchange's continued listing standards.The company failed to file its Form 10-K for the nine-month period ending Dec. 31, 2020, saying it encountered issues in finalizing the determination of the fair values of both assets and liabilities associated with its acquisition of Viking Energy Group.Camber agreed to acquire 51% of Viking Energy last December for $20.1M.
