Camber Energy ( NYSE: CEI ) said it had received a letter from the NYSE stating it was not in compliance with the continued listing standards.
The company is required to submit a plan of compliance by May 12.
NYSE company guide requires a listed company's stockholders' equity be at least $2M if it had reported losses from continuing operations and/or net losses in two of its three most recent fiscal years.
