CEI - Camber to buy renewable diesel facility with ~43M output capacity

Camber Energy ( NYSE: CEI ) said Monday it would buy a renewable diesel plant with an estimated production capacity of about 43 million gallons per year, once operational.
On January 20, Camber entered into a Membership Interest Purchase Agreement to acquire a 100% interest in companies that own, and are in the process of bringing into commercial operations a processing plant designed to produce renewable diesel.
