CCHWF - Cannabis cultivator Columbia Care buying Medicine Man for $42M

The transaction comprises $8.4M in cash and $33.6M in stock. Medicine Man operates four dispensaries as well as a 35,000-square-foot cultivation facility, which yields 3M grams of dried flower each year. The deal is expected to close in Q4. Columbia Care shares closed down 2.9% to $5.40.
