Good morning, ladies and gentlemen and welcome to the Cars.com First Quarter 2024 Earnings Conference Call. [Operator Instructions] This call is being recorded on Thursday, May 9, 2024. I would now like to turn the conference over to Catherine Chen, Vice President of IR. Please go ahead.

Good morning, everyone and thank you for joining us. It’s my pleasure to welcome you to the Cars.com Inc. first quarter 2024 conference call. With me this morning are Alex Vetter, CEO and Sonia Jain, CFO. Alex will start by discussing the business highlights from our first quarter. Then Sonia will discuss our financial results in greater detail, along with our Q2 2024 outlook. We will finish the call with Q&A.
