CISO - Cerberus Cyber Sentinel provides preliminary Q4 metrics announces $5M private placement

• Cerberus Cyber Sentinel ( NASDAQ: CISO ) said Monday it expects preliminary fourth quarter revenue of $14.7 million and operating loss of $9.4 million.

• The consensus estimate for Q4 revenue is $13.19 million.

• Shares +235.7% at 77 cents after hours.

• Separately, on March 20, the company entered into a purchase agreement with Hensley Beverage Company.

• Pursuant to the agreement, the company issued and sold a $5 million, 10% unsecured convertible note in a private placement.

• The note, together with accrued and unpaid interest thereon, is due on March 20, 2025.
