VelocIT is a New Jersey-based managed services provider. The commercial terms were not disclosed. As per the terms, VelocIT will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cerberus Sentinel (OTCPK:CISO) and will continue to provide integrated risk managed services to national customers.
