MITI - Clinic operator Mitesco withdraws plans for offering uplisting

Mitesco ( OTCQB:MITI ) has scrapped plans for a public offering and Nasdaq uplisting.

The primary care clinic operator said in an SEC filing that it was withdrawing its registration for the proposed offering.

Mitesco had originally filed in November 2021 to raise around $17M and uplist its shares to Nasdaq.

Shares of Mitesco are currently traded OTC under the symbol MITI.
