CME - CME Group average daily volume jumps to 24M contracts in June

CME Group ( NASDAQ: CME ) average daily volume ("ADV") climbed 30% to 24M contracts Y/Y in June, marking the company's highest volume on record for that month.
Specifically, Equity Index ADV for June jumped to 8.2M contracts, a Y/Y increase of 80%.
Options ADV rose 28% to 4.2M contracts Y/Y in June.
Interest Rate ADV drifted up 17% over the prior year to 10.6M contracts.
Foreign Exchange ADV of 1.2M contracts gained 25% Y/Y in June.
For the second quarter, ADV of 23.1M contracts perked up 25% Y/Y, representing CME's ( CME ) third-highest quarterly volume in its history.
Previously, (June 2) CME reports 18% growth in May ADV .
