CDE - Coeur Mining to acquire ~18% interest in Canada's Victoria Gold

Coeur Mining ([[CDE]] +3.7%) agrees to buy about 17.8% stakes in Victoria Gold ([[VITFF]] +0.5%) from Orion Co-VI at a total consideration of ~$117.2M.Under the agreement, Coeur will issue its 12,785,485 common shares to Orion at a price of $9.17, reflecting a trailing 30-day volume weighted price, and subject to restrictions for sale.The transaction will result in Coeur acquiring 11,067,714 Victoria Gold's shares at C$13.20 each."We have long admired the quality of Victoria’s Eagle asset and its recent success in ramping up operations.
