BBCP - Concrete Pumping Holdings Remains A Solid Play Even After Soaring

One company I regret not buying, even though I upgraded it to a "Strong Buy" in November 2024, is Concrete Pumping Holdings ( BBCP ). Because of how cheap the company was, I argued that it made for an appealing prospect. In fact, I made the case that it was one of the best opportunities i n the market. Since I run a hyper-concentrated portfolio, it still was not good enough in my view to include it. But honestly, in retrospect, I should have. This is because the stock is actually up 20.2% since then, which dwarfs the 5.1% rise that the S&P 500 saw over the same period . And since I last reaffirmed it as a ‘strong buy’ in May of this year, shares are up 15.6% compared to the 11.7% rise that the broader market experienced....
