BBCP - Concrete Pumping Holdings: Still Bullish Even As The Picture Worsens

Many investors, from my experience, associate weak financial performance for a business with the company being a bad prospect. But from my own experiences, some of the best opportunities come about from the firms that are doing poorly. That is the case, at least in my opinion, with Concrete Pumping Holdings ( BBCP ), an enterprise that provides concrete pumping services in both the U nited States and the U.K. Since I last reaffirmed the company as a "Strong Buy" in July of this year, shares are up only 2.2% at a time when the S&P 500 is up 5.5%. But since I originally upgraded it to a "S trong Buy" in November of last year, shares have nearly doubled the market, rising 20.2%, while the S&P 500 is up 11.9%....
