CFMS - Conformis settles patent litigation dispute with Stryker

Conformis had accused Wright Medical, which was acquired by Stryker in 2020, of infringing on Conformis patents in relationship to shoulder products and implant components. Terms of the settlement call for a one-time payment from Stryker to Conformis. Stryker will also receive a non-exclusive license for the certain Conformis patents.
