PLAY - Dave & Buster's and Hill Path enter cooperation agreement

Dave & Buster's Entertainment (PLAY) announces that it has appointed Hill Path Capital co-founder James Chambers  to its board.With the addition of Chambers, the Dave & Buster’s Board of Directors will comprise 10 directors, 8 of whom are independent.The company, Chambers and Hill Path have also entered into a cooperation agreement regarding the appointment and certain related matters. "Hill Path is one of our largest and most engaged shareholders.
