PLAY - Dave & Buster's closes on Main Event deal expects big benefits

Dave & Buster's Entertainment ( NASDAQ: PLAY ) closed on the acquisition of Main Event from Ardent Leisure Group Limited.

The retailer is now moving forward on capitalizing on the enormous opportunity that it sees from the deal.

Dave & Buster's set a conference call for July 12 to report combined historical results.

The Seeking Alpha Quant Rating on PLAY flipped to Buy from Hold on May 16.

The stock is also popular on Wall Street, with seven out of the nine firms covering it with a Buy-equivalent rating or higher.
