Dave & Buster's Entertainment ( NASDAQ: PLAY ) said on Wednesday that it had amended its credit agreement.
Amended credit agreement includes an upsized term loan facility of $900 million and provides additional upsize proceeds.
Amended credit agreement also reduces the interest rate margin applicable to term loans and revolving loans outstanding under the credit agreement by 1.25%
