Raymond James is optimistic that Dave & Buster's Entertainment (PLAY) will strike a sports betting partnership this year.Analyst Brian Vaccaro: "It is our understanding that the company was close to finalizing a partnership arrangement, but additional opportunities arose which the management wants to fully consider.
