DIRTT Environmental Solutions Ltd.
DIRTT Environmental Solutions (DRTT) is up 13.2% after-hours, as it announced entering into a C$35M bought-deal financing of 6.00% convertible unsecured subordinated debentures with a syndicate of underwriters led by National Bank Financial Inc. Underwriters granted an over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional C$5.25M aggregate principal amount of Debentures.Debentures will mature and be repayable on January 31, 2026 and will accrue interest at the rate of 6.00% per annum.Net proceeds to be used for capital expenditures, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
