DFH - Dream Finders Homes prices $300M private offering

Dream Finders Homes ( NYSE: DFH ) priced a private offering of $300M aggregate principal amount of 8.25% senior unsecured notes due 2028.
Net aggregate proceeds of the offering to be ~$295M.
Net proceeds will be used to repay a portion of the borrowings outstanding under the amended and restated credit agreement, as amended and for general corporate purposes.
The 2028 notes will bear interest at 8.25% and will be guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by each of the company’s subsidiaries that is a guarantor under the credit agreement.
The offering is expected to close on August 22, 2023.
