Dream Finders Homes ( NYSE: DFH ) plans to offer $300 million in unsecured senior notes due 2028, the company said Monday.

The pricing terms of the notes were not disclosed.

The company said it intends to use the proceeds from the 2028 notes offering to repay a portion of the borrowings outstanding under its existing amended and restated credit agreement, as well as for general corporate purposes, among other things.

The 2028 notes will initially be guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by each of the company’s subsidiaries that is a guarantor under the credit agreement.
