- DuPont ( NYSE: DD ) declares $0.38/share quarterly dividend , 5.6% increase from prior dividend of $0.36.
- Forward yield 2.48%
- Payable March 15; for shareholders of record Feb. 29; ex-div Feb. 28.
- Additionally, the company announced that its board of directors approved a new share repurchase program authorizing the repurchase and retirement of up to $1B of common stock.
- DuPont intends to enter into ASR transactions under the program beginning with an ASR transaction expected to be launched imminently to repurchase in aggregate $500M of common stock. DuPont expects to complete the program by the end of 2024.
