EVTGF - EV Technology to launch private placement of up to C$2.5M unsecured convertible notes

- Canadian electric vehicle technologies company EV Technology Group ( OTCQB:EVTGF ) said on Friday that it intends to offer up to C$2.5M unsecured convertible notes on a private placement basis.
- The notes will mature in one year, and carry an interest of 7.0% per annum.
- The notes can be converted to shares at a price equal to the trading price of the shares on Cboe Canada.
- The proceeds will be used for general working capital, acquisitions and to advance business.
