EVK - Ever-Glory International Group Inc.: Not A Bargain Despite Trading Below NAV

• The retailer of branded fashion apparel and a leading global apparel supply chain solution provider based in China was rediscovered by Wall Street six months ago.
• The company not only suffers from the pandemic, but also from competition which led to shrinking revenues already before 2020.
• The share price saw an increase of more than 190% since October. Current market cap is very ambitious as long as EVK does not manage to return to growth again.
• All in all, EVK is not a compelling investment case due to its lofty valuation.
