The FDA has issued a safety announcement that the public should not use the results of SARS-CoV-2 antibody tests to determine immunity or protection against COVID-19.The tests should only be used to determine if someone has been exposed to SARS-CoV-2 in the past and developed an immune response.Some SARS-CoV-2 test makers in afternoon trading: Ortho Clinical Diagnostics (OCDX) +2.9%; Qiagen (QGEN) +1.1%; Danaher (DHR) (-0.8%); Abbott (ABT) -0.5%; and Siemens (SIEGY) -2.9%.
