Fiserv ( NASDAQ: FISV ) board authorized to repurchase 75M of its stock, besides the shares remaining available under the company’s existing authorization.
In its latest Q4 earnings release, the company announced that during Q4 it repurchased 7.6M shares or $750M and 25.4M shares of stock for $2.5B in FY22.
On YTD basis, the stock has gained 11.8% while it is currently trading close to its 52-week high levels.
