FISV - Fiserv makes key executive appointments

Global provider of payments and financial services technology solutions, Fiserv (FISV) names Guy Chiarello, currently chief administrative officer to chief operating officer, effective June 24, 2021. Chiarello has been at the forefront of banking, technology, and innovation for more than 30 years.Suzan Kereere will join Fiserv on July 6, 2021 as chief growth officer.Kereere will work in partnership with company business leaders to lead enterprise strategy, acquisitions, and business development initiatives that enhance client value and accelerate growth.Adam Rosman will rejoin as the company’s chief administrative officer and chief legal officer, effective July 26, 2021.Rosman joins from OneMain Financial, America’s largest personal installment loan company, where he oversaw legal, compliance, government relations and audit groups.Press Release
